Light To Life was created with the Christian believer in mind that faces day to day challenges and in need of some extra support. We were never made to struggle alone, so Light To Life wants to offer a helping hand.

Light to life combines the pillars of Christian faith with the knowledge of mental health and psychosocial functioning to assist with your overall wellness and freedom to change.

There are services available for all. Although, life coaching is recommended for those 17 and up.
